1. Introduction

This online store is operated by Eris Art Studio ("we", "us"). By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in your market's currency (SEK, DKK or EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability at any time.

3. Orders and contract

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order or shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case any payment made will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel, your right to return goods, and your rights regarding faulty goods are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store (images, text, designs and logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. As a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before your local courts. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
