We ship from Sweden to all EU countries, as well as Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Orders and deliveries are handled by Eris Art Studio.
Processing time
In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Made-to-order items are handmade within 1–2 weeks before dispatch; the production time for each made-to-order item is shown on its product page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Carrier, rates and delivery times
Shipments are sent with PostNord. Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination and your order. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value, which will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Sweden: 3–5 business days
- EU countries: 2–7 business days
- Norway, Switzerland and Iceland: 3–10 business days (customs clearance may add time)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. We recommend keeping it until your order arrives.
Taxes and duties
Prices are shown in the local currency for your market where supported. Applicable VAT is included as shown at checkout.
Deliveries within the EU: no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
Deliveries to Norway, Switzerland and Iceland: orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import VAT, customs duties and any customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are payable by the recipient upon import. These charges are set by your local customs authority and we are unable to estimate or refund them.
Lost or delayed shipments
